Analyte Health is an integrated healthcare partner that connects patients and telehealth providers with laboratory testing services and local care. We focus on creating an outstanding patient experience by making lab testing more convenient, accessible and faster than traditional bricks and mortar office visits. In January 2017, Analyte Health announced a partnership with Teladoc, the leading telehealth provider in the US, to provide laboratory-testing services to their 17.5 million members.

The Role

Our Advisors provide extraordinary care to the patients and customers of Analyte Health through friendly, caring, courteous, and professional service in a fast paced, up-beat on-line patient clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Educate patients who call in about Analyte’s diagnostic services. NO OUTBOUND SALES CALLS.
  • Enhance the reputation of Analyte’s online clinic by creating a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate testing, registering and scheduling of appointments
  • Provide post-sales patient support

Qualifications

  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills: Care Advisors must be perceived by the patient to be caring, courteous, professional, competent, and able to communicate effectively and with empathy
  • Previous inside sales experience required
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Applications and Salesforce a plus
